On Saturday, December 2 at 9:00 pm, we will receive Ignacio Béjar, musician, therapist, composer and researcher of the healing power of music in the different cultures of the world, who will offer a Sufi Healing Music Concert live at the “House of birds”.
Sufi music is an ancient Sufi technique of healing through music played live with oriental instruments, in which participants can experience the beneficial effects at different levels. This ancestral technique was used as a form of holistic medicine in the old hospitals of Al-Andalus and the Middle East.
Béjar defines this experience as: “an initiation through music, vibration and energy where a personal process of renewal and internal growth begins and that brings important changes to the person, which allows him to improve the different aspects of his life and develop another broader perspective of their problems and of themselves, as well as an awakening of consciousness that helps them, in many cases, to understand their life purpose “.
